I lost power in a couple areas of our home including a circuit that had a couple freezers as well as our septic pump so it was REALLY important to get it all figured out.  I got an immediate response to an inquiry and someone scheduled first thing the next morning.  The scheduling confirmation and communication on arrival time was efficient.  Aaron spent 45 minutes troubleshooting and when it was a pretty easy fix- didn’t charge me!  His honesty about what I needed and didn’t need was refreshing to say the least!! Their work exceeded my expectations.  And that's very hard to do.  I had them look at another electrical issue I was having with my AV Systems.
